The Torbay Golf Centre Driving Range
The Driving Range has 23 undercover floodlit bays, a swing studio and a grassed area outside. It has various targets and distance markers down range including, amongst others, a unique ‘Trotters’ yellow van at 145 yards, tyres at 80 and 150 yards, a large green at 160 yards and rugby posts at 100 yards.
The recently installed new ball dispensing machine, with PIN code release, is a great addition to our facility.
The cost of baskets of balls are:
- £3.00 for 20
- £6.00 for 45
- £8.00 for 75
We also have a short game practice area in front of the Driving Range, known as ‘Amen Corner’, with 3 tees and 3 greens with 3 different pin positions plus a bunker where golfers of all abilities can practice this most important aspect of the game.
The cost for using Amen Corner is:
- £3 for 30minutes
- £5 for 60minutes
- £75 for yearly membership
Our opening hours are:
- BST 9.30am – 8pm weekdays and 9.30am – 6pm at weekends
- GMT 10am – 8pm weekdays and 10am – 6pm at weekends
- We’re open all year, just closed on Christmas Day & Boxing Day.
